NaturePins is available on the web at naturepins.app, as an iOS app, and on Android.

When you're at a natural place listed on NaturePins, open the app and tap the check-in button on that place's page. You'll need to be within proximity of the location to check in.

There are 11 categories: National Parks, State Forests, Nature Reserves, Beaches, Waterfalls, Lakes, Lookouts, Peaks, Campsites, Marine Parks, and Natural Landmarks. Each has its own uniquely coloured pin.

Yes! The map shows all places relative to your location. You can also filter by category to find specific types of places nearby.

Achievements are unlocked automatically as you hit milestones — like visiting your first place, collecting pins in every category, or checking in to a certain number of locations.

Challenges are curated collections of places built around a theme. Complete all the check-ins in a challenge to earn a special badge for your profile.

You can sign up with your email address or use Sign in with Apple. It only takes a moment to get started.
